I am a native of Cameron, South Carolina, and the only child of Jack and Mary Jamison. After graduating from Calhoun County High School in St. Matthews, SC, I earned a bachelor's, master's, and educational specialist degree from South Carolina State University. I previously was an assistant principal for 6 years at Bethune-Bowman Middle/High School, and before that, guidance counselor for 6 years, and adult education teacher for 6 years. I also have been employed as a teacher at Fairfield County School District and as an adjunct professor at South Carolina State University. I have been married to Kevin Lewis for five years and have two beautiful children, Kevin Jr. and Areyana.
